Mr. Monster was the Founder of GMI (Global Market Insite, Inc.), a leading provider of technology-enabled services to the global market research industry. Mr. Monster served as Chairman and CEO from 1999-2007, during which time GMI achieved annual revenue growth of 100+% per year and served customers in more than 60 countries. GMI is backed by Technology Crossover Ventures, FT Ventures and Voyager Capital.
Prior to founding GMI, Mr. Monster was a global product development manager with Procter & Gamble. During an eight year technology management career with P&G, Mr. Monster worked and lived in Europe, Asia, and North America. He also traveled extensively in Latin America as part of his global role in leading the development and commercialization of a series of successful new product initiatives.
Mr. Monster, a Dutch-American, is fluent in English, Dutch, and German. Mr. Monster has both a BS and an MBA from Cornell University where he studied Life Sciences and Economics. Mr. Monster is a member of ESOMAR - World Association of Research Professionals. Mr. Monster is co-author of the book "Market Research in the Internet Age", published by John Wiley & Sons.

Scott recently joined Domain Strategies to help identify, engage and accelerate partnerships in the domain industry with domain owners, entrepreneurs and capital sources. He has over 16 years experience in building successful businesses in a variety of industries including: e-commerce (Amazon.com), Digital Marketing (Avenue A & Brand Digital, Inc.), Internet Entertainment (WON.net), Consumer Entertainment Software (Sierra) and Recycling/Solid Waste Management (Rabanco Recycling).
As Founder and Chief Digital Strategist of Brand Digital, Inc, he was responsible for building online businesses for small to large companies including Rhapsody.com, Real.com, Avidian.com, Atlas-Inspection.com, Photoworks.com and many others. Scott led the development of the paid search and SEO programs for RealNetworks from a test buy to a Diamond Level Google account and became one of the top spenders of Search PPC in Seattle. He also pioneered high-end landing page testing in the Pacific Northwest in 2004 by implementing some of the most sophisticated, segmented multivariate tests ever executed on the Optimost platform. Scott brings customer acquisition, search engine marketing, web site effectiveness, data analytics and web design/development strategy to the partners of Domain Strategies.
Scott serves as an advisor on several Seattle based internet centric companies and continues to assist start-ups with strategy and execution. He received his B.A. from Trinity University in San Antonio, TX and an M.B.A. from the University of Washington with concentrations in Finance, Marketing and International Business.
Ms. Grinblatt has been a co-founder and Chief Operating Officer/Chief Marketing Officer of IDNoptions, LLC. IDNoptions leads the market in Chinese IDN adoption with a portfolio of over 2400 International Domain Names. Prior to her work in the Domain industry, Natalie had extensive operational and marketing experience as an executive in some of the world's most prestigious business schools including Cornell University, the University of Michigan and Arizona State University. Natalie helped to create the Global Management programs for the Ross School of Business at University of Michigan. It's ranking jumped from 11th to 2nd under her tenure at Michigan. She also helped to design the International Strategy for the Johnson School of Management at Cornell University. It's ranking escalated from 18th to 7th while she served the business school. Natalie actively participated on the Graduate Management Admissions Council Reporting Standards Committee to develop the uniform and consistent standards by which business schools report admissions and career statistics to the public. Natalie served on the Board of Directors for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Mountain States Region and has been an active volunteer for the National Multiple Sclerosis Society. Natalie earned a BA and MBA from the University of Michigan. Natalie's forte is creating successful business partnerships and was hired to help Domain Strategies escalate its domain to business model.
